Agus River:The River Of The People Of Baloi

Agus River is the river found in our hometown. It was about 8 ft. deep and some meters away.Agus River was believed to be the home of the "tonongs", a supernatural people. They catched people who destroyed them by drowning them. They also changed their appearances into another creations.Like for examples, they became fish, sometimes a thing underneath the river or sometimes they transformed their appearances into agold so that people would be attracted with them. That was their techniques in getting people. There were many reported incidents of drowning in that said river. Many people died on it.That is why many people were scared when the night comes. There were also ghosts who tried to appear on the bridge connecting the other place.
Before, Agus River was a clean and a fresh river.People of the Agus used it as a source of drinks. They never throw garbage on it.But now as I can see,the beautiful Agus is now a dirty river.People always throw garbage on it and they used it as a toilet. They also throw their stool on it.They pee on it.Many fish are dead. You can also see the fish that are eating the feces.
Actually my parents don't allow me to go to Agus.I only once touch the river but now I never touch it again because it is dirty but many people take a bath on it.
Today the clear, beautiful and fresh Agus is changed into a muddy, dirty, and ugly river.
The story that makes me inspired is the story of my beloved uncle in the side of my father. He was born on January 6,1976.He was the 5th child of my grandparents. They used to live at Talacag, Bukidnon. When he was a child he was sent to school. He was always on the top. When he was a child, his father was murdered by an Igaunon, a native tribe of Talacag. As this was happen, they decided to move to another place. He continued his studies here in Lanao del Norte.
He finished his elementary course at Talacag Elementary School. He finished his secondary course at MSU-Baloi Pilot High School. He decided to continue his Arabic course at Jamiatul Muslim Mindanao at Marawi City. After finishing his studies,he decided to work abroad and to find money and to help his family and also to fulfill the sacrifices made by his beloved mother. He was accepted and he worked abroad.
In his office, his boss was curious about my uncle. For being curious, his boss tried to question him if he knew more about Arabic and knew how to read the Holy Qur'an.My uncle said that he could, so he read the Holy Qur'an.His boss was amazed and he transferred my uncle to a higher rank.He is now receiving a lot of money.
Last year,he had his vacation here in the Philippines. His purpose of having a vacation is to get married.Fortunately,he was married to a girl coming from Saguiaran, Lanao del Sur.They have a baby.He returned to Saudi Arabia to work again for the future of his family. He is now a man with flying colors. He is Ayman Macaalang.I admired him the most and I am inspired with him.

My Greatest Heroes In My Life

According to a dictionary, a hero is a person of distinguished valor. For me, a hero is a person who has the principal share in some exploit.A hero is a person who gives his life to you, who loves you and who cares for you.A hero is a person who helps you and there for you through thick and thin.A hero is a person who is there to support you understands you and accept you for being what you are.
My greatest heroes in my life are my grandparents specially my grandmother. They are my heroes because I raised from them.I lived with them since I was a baby. They give me everything, the love and considerations. They love me and I love them too.I lived with them because at that time my parents were studying here in Iligan City as a college students. They were so busy so they gave me to my grandparents.Even my grandmother is paralyzed person, she is always there to love me.Unexpectedly, last June 5,2010 , my grandfather died.My grandfather's death was a great loss to our family. It was like I'm struck by a destructive waves that destroys my life at that time.We used to cry all day all night whenever we remember him.My grandmother expected that she will be the first to die rather than my grandpa. She doesn't accept the death of my grandfather but later on she realized that all of us will die and nothing will be left in this world.
Until now we still remember him.We really miss him so much.I want to kiss and hug him tight but it's too late.I miss my grandma too because she's alone in our house.I am away from her but there is no choice I have to study.F.Y.I, this coming September 16 will be his 100th day on his tomb.We are holding a KANDORI.Pray for him.Lastly we will realize how to be a person with an incomplete members of the family.

Natural Phenomena:An Environmental Issue

There are so many things that can be considered as an environmental issues.Few of them are the following : overpopulation, climate change, weather change, pollution and many more. The environmental issue I want to share about is the Natural Phenomena.
Natural phenomena are remarkable happenings that made by environment. They are usually an enemy in our life. They are destructive. They can destroy many things. They can kill people.Natural Phenomena are the typhoons, floods, landslides, earthquakes , tornado and so on.They really affect our lives.Like the flood that has struck our country. Many people lost their lives and properties. Many were dead and our economy tend to decrease specially those on agriculture. The farmers are really affected.Their products disappear like bubbles.Natural Phenomena are like a temporary Doom's day. They are also a health problem too because like for example when there is a flood, when there is a dirty river in your barangay that is used as a trash can for garbage then the river will flow all over your barangay and remember it is dirty and you can get some germs that cause you to be a sick person and it can lead you to a death.
Natural Phenomena can be prevented by helping each other by conserving our environment. We must eliminate waste.Make some signboards that show cleanliness. They can also be prevented by not abusing our Mother Nature.Dom't cut trees because trees are the one who absorb the water during the floods. So guys let's go and love Mother Nature.

My Experience I Have Shared

The experience I have shared was my experiences in our High School's Intramurals. It was such awonderful event.Ther were so many activities that we have done.My favorite part was the competition for the national costumes of different countries all over the world. There was also a competition for the ethnic costumes of different tribes in the Philippines. This was represented by every students.I was chosen to represent the national costume of Sweden.I was very lucky because my high school crush was my partner.I was also embarrassed because many people were watching and keep on staring to us.For your information, I'm not fan of joining activities in our school.I'm kind of a person who is shy.I can hardly mingle with other people. After that, the highlight of the program (the awarding of sashes to the winner) was told.Fortunately, my partner and I won sashes.I won the sash for the MOST POPULAR.That was so unexpected.
In our Intramurals , I was the team leader of our team, the YELLOW TEAM.There were other activities that we've done like the table setting which we won the 3rd place because instead of using table napkin, the assigned students for the table setting made a mistake, they use paper creeps. In that time, we forgot our table napkins. There was also an essay writing for Filipino and English. In essay writing in Filipino, I was chosen to represent our team and I won.The topic assigned to me was entitled "KAPAYAPAAN SA MINDANAO".For the English essay, We got the the 2nd place.
There was also a quiz bee and a spelling bee.Fortunately we won that said events. There were also Kalilang Contest , games such as volleyball, basketball and many more.I was so very happy. In the end we are the over-all champion and we gained a lot of prizes which then distributed to every members of my team.I really missed my high school days.It was such an amazing and unforgettable moments.I was very blessed because I'm the leader of the said winning group. All I can say is GO!FIGHT!WIN!YELLOW TEAM.

How's The author Supports His Ideas?

The author supports his ideas by observing the manners being shown by individuals, such as men, women, teen age boys, and children towards that scruffy man.By observing on everyday courtesies about the behavior of people around him, he was able to record what he have observed. He was also able to observe things that serve as a description about our poor manners. He also observes everything that takes place within sight or hearing by the values shown by everyone.
He also observes how parents manage their children and how they teach them about good manners and right conduct. He observed people how they speak and call someone. Is our good manners faded away? Some of the people all over the world do not practice politeness and good morals.Being also an author inorder to support your ideas , try to observe everythingtht within your scope.
